Every voyage needs a story, and ours begins with Oscar the Unsinkable Captain. Oscar was a ship’s cat who purportedly served during World War II with both the Kriegsmarine and the Royal Navy and survived the sinking of three ships in 1941: the Bismarck, the HMS Cossack, and the HMS Ark Royal. 

Against all odds, he endured disaster after disaster, clinging to wreckage or being rescued at sea, until he became a living symbol of survival and resilience. That story of grit and courage is the spirit we carry forward.

Just like Oscar, we believe in navigating rough waters, staying steady in storms, and always coming back stronger. Oscar isn’t just a mascot for us he’s a reminder that no storm lasts forever, no ship sails alone, and true resilience is unsinkable.
